By accessing or using NeatAlert at neatalert.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NeatAlert is a SaaS platform that delivers automated notifications from project management tools (Jira, GitLab) to messaging platforms (Slack, Telegram). The Service includes:
- Jira issue monitoring and Slack/Telegram notification delivery.
- GitLab pipeline and deployment event notifications.
- AI-powered bug report quality analysis (via Google Gemini).
- Web dashboard for configuration management.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- One person or organization may create one free account unless otherwise agreed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
- Overload, attack, or attempt to breach the security of the Service or its servers.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
5. API Credentials and Data
- You are responsible for the API tokens and credentials you provide to the Service.
- You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use those credentials.
- We encrypt and protect your credentials but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are solely responsible for the Jira, GitLab, Slack, and Telegram configurations you set up.
6. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service.
- We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NeatAlert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or replicate the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeatAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, Jira, GitLab, Telegram, Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, in the competent courts of the EU.
